6 automatic multi-purpose chamber furnaces and

The following heat treatment processes can be performed in inert gas atmosphere:

hardening
carburizing
case hardening
carbonitriding
annealing

Those inert gas furnaces are integrated into a computer-controlled process control system. Heat treatment runs can be computer-simulated before start of production.

This results in an optimal furnace utilization, additionally an excellent repeatability is guaranteed due to the saved heat treatment programs.
