Washer

In the washer the parts can be cleaned absolutely spotless and without residue before heat treatment steps like vacuum carburizing or plasma nitriding.

Furthermore the loads can be washed after oil quenching to prevent contamination of surfaces, threads and undercuts in subsequent process steps, e.g. tempering.

Due to the large treatment chamber, complete batches can be treated. Therefore repacking is unnecessary and the danger of drop indentations is largely reduced.

Additionally to cleaning as a production step, parts can also be cleaned as an offer of service.
