Vacuum multi-purpose chamber furnaces
Compared to conventional equipment these Vacuum multi-purpose chamber furnaces with “cold chamber quenching” installed in our shop offer the following advantages:
- 1. Pre-chamber:
- The heat treatment load is entered into the pre-chamber and evacuated for oxidation-free heat treatment.
- 2. Treatment chamber:
- Preheating: several preheating steps are possible
- Vacuum hardening: temperatures up to 1300° C are possible
- Vacuum brazing
- 3. Quenching module:
- Flexible quenching due to free preselection of quenching pressure
- Dry quenching, no cleaning necessary
- Minimized distortion with directed quenching gas flow
- Even tempering steel (e.g. 42CrMo4, a.t.l.) vacuum hardenable
