Vacuum hardening furnaces
These vacuum hardening furnaces are qualified for a wide range of workpieces with different quenching speed requirements:
- High speed steels
- Hot work tool steels
- Cold work tool steels
- Oil-hardening steel with limited dimensions
These furnaces are also well suited for tempering, annealing and brazing.
Advantages of our furnaces are especially convective heating, high pressure gas quenching (Nitrogen, Helium), and warm bath simulation (for parts with large diameter-deviations).
