Shaft furnace
In eight all-purpose furnaces many different heat treatment processes can be performed:
- inert gas annealing
- inert gas hardening up to 950° C
- carburizing with Nitrogen-methanol-propane-processes
- inert gas tempering
- short- and long term gas nitriding
These furnaces are integrated into our process control system via a programmer. Once saved programs can be used in excellent repeatability for the heat treatment processes over and over again.
